The creation of a new facility, a new environment, a new place for you to live, work, and grow.

While this is indeed an exciting venture, it is also true that the prospect of a new, “ground-up” facility can be daunting.  From site acquisition and storm water management to selection of interior finishes and procurement of furniture, each building has its own unique set of challenges. At the same time, the journey should be fun and exciting, culminating in the excitement and exhilaration of your grand opening. At Newman Architecture, our team can help manage all aspects of the new construction process, including site development, planning and zoning exhibits, the exterior building shell, the interior finish-out, and post-occupancy services.
