Buildings, and building codes, are constantly changing…and like all of us, our facilities are getting older. The building booms of the 1950s and ‘80s have left us with facilities in need of repair and system replacement. They also need to be upgraded to meet today’s codes for life safety, handicapped accessibility, and energy efficiency.

The repair and reuse of our existing facilities also presents an opportunity for more environmentally friendly solutions. With improvements to the exterior shell and mechanical/ventilation systems, our existing facilities can continue to serve us well into the future.

When it comes to surveying existing facilities, our team is very experienced.  In conjunction with our renovation experience, we have completed numerous, State-mandated life-safety reports for K-12 schools, ADA surveys for corporate/public clients, and detailed facility viability studies for owners with multiple buildings or campuses.
