Cambridge Lakes Learning Center
The first charter school in the state to be initiated by a residential developer, CLLC is an innovative solution to an overcrowded public school district.
The first phase of this ground-breaking school opened after just seven months of construction, serving over 400 students. When future building modules are added, the campus will accommodate just over 1,000 students.
This innovative, fast-track construction process was accomplished through the use of pre-built modular classroom units arranged around a conventionally built, high-volume, multi-purpose space. Each building is home to two grade levels, and the buildings are connected by enclosed corridors. A bright palette provides not only an exciting learning environment, but also defines grade levels and specialized areas.
